Hey Andy,We sent out "Fall-Backwards" postcards reminding prospects to turn back their clocks, and gave them helpful tips on preparing their homes for the winter (Like... getting their furnace serviced/cleaned, cleaning the gutters, changing batteries in smoke detectors, etc.).Also, be sure to offer a home seller's guide (I can't stress this enough).
