Same reason I pay more to eat at a steakhouse than I do to grill in my backyard.

Separate bedroom and living area, full kitchen, pool, gym, secure outdoor courtyard with grill station and fire pit, limited efficient staffing, automated room access, guest communication, and check in/out. 

We were invited to meet again in the near future at their house to grill steaks and play Robert Kiosaki's cashflow game with our mutual friend.  

We include it in the house but we could offer it as an add-on.Truth is you could lease a lot of different add-on's: BBQ, pool table, TV's, etc.Has anybody had any luck with this approach?

If this is an adjustable AC vent and it is slightly closed the air might be restricted and allowing condensation to form right on the grille.

I have a high end charcoal grill and guests supply their own charcoal.I have seen bad reviews on other properties where they ran out of propane.Everyone likes the charcoal grill and it is more vactionesq to wind down and take time to grill over coals.
