There's like 8 inches of room.How does the performance of these compare to normal bulbs?

So far this rain season we are an inch above normal at this time (approaching 5" for the fall and winter so far).  

Some sellers may not want or be able to (due to moving, buying another property, etc.) wait that long.An FHA inspection is notorious for being stricter about the condition of the home than conventional. when I sold my primary home to an FHA buyer a few years ago, I had to fix a small section of rotting wood in the frame of the garage door at a cost of several hundred dollars- because you can't just fix a few inches, you have to replace the whole side!

If it's a place leased where landlord is getting rent subsidy the landlord maybe could care less, until he starts getting notices from city for clean up and police dept for unruly disturbances.Don't back down, give an inch they will take a mile.

Move te waste pipe back a few inches to accomodate the dishwasher.I think option 1 will be much easier and less expensive since it only involves moving pipes 1-2 ft.  

I like to lay plywood down in those places 1- 2 inches less then what it's under and tile up to the plywood.

Quite a big difference between 7 foot waves and 6 inch waves!

Pulley systems are 2 square knots tied on a couple feet of 1/2 inch cotton clothesline ($5 does a lot of windows).
