Don't know this company or what they do, but every time I see an investor doing something and I ask "What were they thinking" I always watch what happens very closely. 9 times out of 10 it is a train wreck, but 1 in 10 I learn a whole lot.

If the walls are wrecked and the wiring is even partially stolen...move on to something else....if they neighborhood stole from it once...it will happen again either during your rehab or if it ever goes vacant.
