I grew up right outside of Lowell in Dracut, but the team didn't start there until I was finishing college.FYI I actually own several rentals in Lowell so if you think you will be there next year it could be a place to research.As for your idea about the rental near UF that could be a good idea.

So check it out and if you are an accountant and could use your real estate license to help clients find houses and make a significant other source of income then I say go for it, to cut a little commisions I would pass.Another bonus though is having access to the MLS and that can be a HUGE benefit as usually the smokin deals get ate up right away I check the MLS atleast every 30 minutes in my county and surrounding counties.

For example, if you haul a fridge and put it on its side, you have to wait a day or so to plug it back in, but you can just leave it upright in a truck.
