I always try and let agents get to know me and my company so they are comfortable with our services before even thinking about referring us!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are already surrounded on three sides by urban zoned homes.My neighbors and I have been approached by two individuals, one is a neighbor who is a real estate agent, and the other one a friend of a neighbor, who works with a real estate attorney; both individuals asked us to join them in working with the 5-6 developers they have approached.

I have a nice recommendation list of providers from my RE agent, but a lot of those do not provide coverage for a Quad property as supposedly they are considered a commercial property.So I wanted to ask here1.

Negotiated with a residential agent and purchased from a large capital group in the Des Moines, IA metro.

I had an interview with FBI agent and he told me its rather rare in the Northwest and that the most prolific are for mortgage fraud was Atlanta Metro followed by Detroit metro.
