It got quite irritating.

Rima and I keep people out of trouble with the highly-regulated toxic and hazardous materials - asbestos, lead, VOCs, soil and groundwater contamination, plus indoor air quality and the almost unregulated mold.  

You don't want to breathe ozone at high concentration as it'll irritate your throat and nose, but it isn't "poisonous" per se.

If you want to really squeeze your noodle, picture the Butterfly Effect - how different would your career pan out if you cut out that toxic 8 AM donut habit on July 3rd, 2014 vs September 20th, 2021?

@Bjorn Ahlblad I really agree with what you said about reading the news man it is so toxic and negative these days.

It's expensive if one go to Stanford or private university, but if they go to State university, the cost is only $4K per semester still, it is soo cheap in any standard.I am about to say, people that came from third world country, is irritating when see American complaining for nothing.

I have always felt safe walking in NYC relative to smaller Midwestern and Southeast cities where people are doing more toxic stuff in the downtown areas.

That "socialist" part of me was irritated.
