Remove all of the unused TV dishes on the roof.

There's a North VN spot, turtle tower, that makes pho northern style with home made noodles that are very tasty.  

Mmmmm.... my own words sure are tasty! 

Deep clean the whole place, pull the fridge out and vacuum the coils, make sure all drains are working and sanitize them - stop and fill each sink with a mix of hot water, a splash of bleach, and several good squirts of Dawn dish soap.

The Dish company did tell me that even if there is an old dish from the same company that they need to install a new one, which is insane, given that the old dish was put up less than a year ago.

I'm new to RE but it seems to me your cash-flowing properties in IL should look tasty to banks for a cash out refi or heloc which would in turn be foundation for an acquisition in SD. 

I lost a house in Hurricane Michael and the only items left on my lot were 2 Corelle cereal bowls and a casserole dish cover.

Everything and I mean everything is still in the house, furniture, clothes, dishes and food in the frig.

Once the grass grows too high or the dirty dishes overtake the kitchen or the toilet gets backed up, she would need to get a new house.

I reglazed a rental about 8 years ago and it's held up decently, but the soap dishes are back to pink (yes, it was pink!)
