I also don't want to realize it isn't working and then have to take corrective action by taking another path AS WELL as trying to get a refund for what I paid them.My feedback to them was a monthly subscription price that can be tried out and canceled any time, so I'm going to be looking for a similar program with that structure, where I can get support when I need it, but not pay for it when I don't.

Homeaway/VRBO was nice and brought in a lot of rentals too but I cancelled when they implemented 'best match' search results and $399 subscriptions and wouldn't refund my now useless $1800 subscription, the renter fees are just another nuisance.

i briefly had a job with some investors. i was the bird dog but they also showed me how to look up basic info on a property. they problem is all i had to my disposal was google and the free info i was able to come across. this wasnt too helpful because the info i found was often outdated. the investors paid for a subscription to websites like property shark to get all the info they needed on a house.so my question is what are the websites/ resources you use to research a property?

I heard in one of the podcast a guest recommend realtytrac.com's subscription as a good source to find auctions, pre-foreclosures, REO listings, sales comps and over all market data.
