Were talking EPIC crazy WAY-out there stuff and truth is that stuff happens you will be more worried about where you get your next meal than your dang real estate, EVERYONE will be in default. 

I will definitely watch out for those expensive stuff!

It also doesn't help I've read a lot of Dave Ramsey type stuff and have a strong belief about living frugally and simply.  

The house is clearly abandoned, as the power box is disconnected, AC is removed and someone clearly packed up the stuff. 

After one load truck, one of the guy in the front house accused her of stealing his stuff. 

Usually its lotions but i've also had guests do nasty stuff and or add dish detergent to the hot tub (they said it wasn't clean and thought that might help ha!)

This is why wholesalers etc get such a bad rap is because of stuff like this

@Dave Kush  I personally invest in higher end stuff on the Northside of the city so there is less distressed to choose from, but the payoffs are bigger when they hit.

We did the few case studies together and try to calculate Cap rate and find out NOIs and stuff.* after that, they taught us how to raise capital for the project.

There's a lot of great stuff around here both in and outside of the city limits.
