I lived with my girlfriend's (at the time) family in Pristine Place (between Spring Hill Dr & Elgin just east of the suncoast pkwy), worked for a while at the Winn Dixie on 19 just north of Spring Hill Dr (google earth tells me it is still there), and then at the Whistle Stop Station (::face turns red::) which, at that time, was owned by my gf's parents.I always loved Hernando Beach and had an opportunity to buy empty lots out there in 1999 for 20k...still kicking myself for not jumping on that.Congrats on the deal!

We have vacant corners around here where gas stations were torn out with chain link fence around.

Under the power lines is a walkway that brings you to a light rail station.

I ride the Blue Line "L" and it will be near the Cumberland station near O'Hare Airport.

My name is Cole and I'm an active duty Army officer and I just found out I'm getting stationed in Hawaii for the next 2-3 years.....so that's awesome : ) I just joined BP and am looking up my real estate knowledge in anticipation of my first time home buy on the island of Oahu.
