I am a newbie from the Silicon Valley in northern California looking to form relationships with trusted partners around the country who can provide real estate investment opportunities for potential investors who I will represent.

Currently my gig and first passion (real estate being my second passion) is Silicon Valley tech - specifically, enterprise sales!

I like my chances owning  property in Silicon Valley.

I thought that was literally illegal to have that many people in a 1 bedroom.Regarding the wages there... outside of the tech sector... silicon valley etc....it seems  wages in LA or CA generally, is for the most part not materially different from the rest of the country but housing prices obviously is.
