Interest in purchasing a small farm to open a wine tasting room and outdoor event space.

If there are vacancies how does one typically find tenants for industrial space like this, just list it with a commercial agent and let them do their thing?

I personally buy buildings that either have limited commercial exposure in relation to the total units or building SF or alternatively buildings that possess commercial spaces that are large enough where placemaking can attract amenity tenants that benefits my residential real estate in close proximity.

So we went into the commercial space and pivoted to self-storage.

I personally would go with cedar and have vertical posts spaced 5 inches apart.

Sometimes the termite cards are on water heater or attic/crawl space access.

Or an extended family that wants their own space.
