I like to think a jurisdiction would be hard pressed to revoke my rightfully obtained license without a healthy challenge for damages..anyhow MTR's are absolutely one of the most lucrative and necessary housing options on the Oregon Coast as very rarely can one find consecutive weeks or months of attractive furnished housing.

VA I think most want the benefit of zero cash down so thats a bit of a draw back and the inspection is rare so approved for VA wont go through with funding due to lack of inspection.Again I have never bought a house at auction nor am I in the Military so this is just from my research but not tested.

STR's within city limits are extremely rare due to zoning and density requirements, just outside city limits with the county is feasible but can take six months to process the license application.
