I am bidding out there in two markets daily, it's been almost 3 months and I fully understand this is a process.

Im currently in the process of building the team and I'm getting ready to make several trips to the area.

I’m eager to learn the process and take actionable steps.I’m particularly interested in acquiring land and identifying creative ways to add value, whether through flipping, owner financing, or long-term holds.My long-term vision includes owning rental properties, possibly starting with a multi-family home where I can live in one unit and rent out the others.I’m also exploring opportunities in modular housing and small community developments to fill a growing demand for affordable yet modern housing solutions.Outside of real estate, I have a background in auto detailing and entrepreneurship, which has taught me the importance of quality, attention to detail, and perseverance.

Would a long-term rental be a better option just to get some experience with the home-buying process, before jumping into Airbnbs?

There's no reason to go ALL financing or ALL cash, but to be strategic about how to use your funds to acquire more properties as opportunities present themselves.Hope that helps with your thought process.

Not essential but I've used it for other things and it's really cool when you are building out a new process, design, or work flow with your team as well.
