You won't be upset if they don't feel like they aren't a good fit together"  No harm done and it just sets the expectations for you both and you know you did everything you could to get your point across.  

But the vast majority of the public does not fit that category.

Thanks for the overview, this was great review of the area and your process to determine a good fit for an investor.

Most investors are probably small and looking for similar deals one after another because it fits their buy box and comfort zone.

Biggest challenge for me has been finding a property that fits my narrow criteria.

It’s about finding what fits your needs best. 

Something about physically crossing it off gives me a sense of satisfaction. 

If you don't think a group for women investors is a good fit for your personal needs, great!
