If I buy multi family comm real estate via a RE LLC company with my Roth IRA does the rent income become UBIT taxable ?  

Most of the small multi in my area have been closing cash and still will not cash flow (maybe it's a tax move).

I just bought a flip in Bedford and looking to buy some multi units in Cleaveland. 

There are still plenty of neighborhoods where you buy small multi-family in that price range.

We have experienced a tech boom of more than $50 billion around the city in the past five years.

Forget about what you hear on podcasts of guys with 6 months of experience owning 3 million doors and 45 billion in equity.

I know here in PDX Multi is starting to tip over in some areas..
