I work with institutional capital as well as a variety of private money resources to finance such things, but don't again, don't expect to find "low" rates and fees for such.Many investors I come across run into this problem with financing even though they've built up a cash cow... it is hard to understand sometimes, but be aware of the challenges and make sure you have financing options in place for what you are doing before you jump too far in.

I think you are very low on all line items.

We can sometimes find houses built in the 60s-80s with these ratios but never new construction and definitely not in safe locations.

Pacific Modern Homes is a great example - we built one of their kits in the 1990's and it was beautiful/ really minimized labor and scrap onsite.

Still others allow for additional foundation options.Generally, though, mobile homes do not sit on a traditional foundation, unlike stick-built homes.

You can get software built cheaper overseas initially but it is often junk and you still end up paying the same from all the ongoing fixes and have less adopters use the software because of the initial problems.
