Even though indicators continue to signal strong, I've decided to back off (at least with market deals) and see what happens. 

They did provide a lot of data indicating that the assessed value was in line with local comps, but this was still unwelcome news from the perspective of a higher tax bill.

I have already indicated that we have been threatened with law suit before over the dog "support animal" item.  

@Dorothy Butala - In PA, when the State Attorney General "approves" a lease, it is only an indication that the lease complies with the state plain language requirements; it is not indicative of the lease being "written to be in line with the laws in our state" as you stated.

All good indicators for real estate investment. 

@Reuben Royal Conventional wisdom on all direct mail is to NEVER indicate anything in the text that indicates personal knowledge of a person's circumstances.

Murals, breweries, and bike parking are good indicators.

I would start shopping around for lenders and get some indications of their terms.

Take photo and measurement  of the property and indicate that this predate your purchase, read section E and try to either make a case that you did not violate with data(photo). 

However, that specific time may or may not be indicative of the performance you'll see at other times.
