in my letter to the agent, i highlighted all of this, and said it was a FULL PRICE offer, so he/she wouldn't think i lowballed them if they were still thinking of the other price...it didn't work though....i received an email that it was listed at the wrong price...hope it works better for you!

I find the pros far outweigh the cons, it will put more money in my pocket, bottom line.This is worth highlighting...While my situation may not be typical, we'll earn/save about $50K this year in commissions by being licensed and not having to use outside agents.But, I still think this benefit is FAR secondary to the fact that we have full CONTROL over our deals now...
