I ask, because if your company is covering, than hotels are great, easy, and safe, and usually include breakfast and other services (such as a gym, taxi services, translation help, etc.).Finally, hotels have a higher standard of English, while many guesthouses and serviced apartment owners don't speak English at all.

My thought being that the sooner the property is re-rented the less cost there will be to the tenant's security deposit.When I am not there - things in Florida seem to happen at a nearly glacial-pace so I'm not sure it can be re-rent inside of a month - but I'm going to try for that anyway.

I assume the major things we'd have to do is design and furnish a usable workspace-- wifi, desks, copy/fax/etc, coffee, conference room I was trying to decide if it's better to rent dedicated spaces for more or just have a lower price and make the rates similar to a "gym membership"modelIt would be in the Los Angeles area.
