www.wsj.com/articles/wall-street-as-landlord-black...Ill let someone else argue more numbers with you, but if I took 1 of the 22 houses I bought last week and sold it, I'd net $40,000 for my 9k cash investment in just that one, I could then fold that and buy 5 more.. but I'm a buy and hold hold hold type of guy, and I like the 100k+ net rents I'll make from the 22 units each year with my own managers running the show, while I sit at home chatting on BP.. maybe I'm just a ignorant millionaire, but I figure a sub 200k investment for about 130k net return per year ain't bad, and that 22 units was just for one month.
