Landlords are currently not in this category.I think the prospective renter pool may be reduced but it's also likely to occur because those that aren't vaccinated seem to be dying like flies. 

Basically, the house has to be livable and in halfway good condition, so if you're specifically looking for a distressed property to do a major rehab, it definitely won't fly with VA.

These bills can fly right through or they can take forever, but once it is in bill format it is much more difficult to get changes made. 

Some solutions were executed seamlessly while the industry was forced to innovate on the fly in other instances.

@David Mirza...I don't have any experience in these matters, but growing up in Stockton, and being an active lender/mortgage broker in the CV areas of CA and greater, I think you're going to have a hard time getting that to fly, unless there's something I'm missing. 

I’ll fly to your 1 story 1,200 sq ft house and rip the siding off with a hammer and pry bar myself for 10k - save you a grand right there. 

Homes in my area are still flying off of the shelves. 

With single family houses they seem to fly off the shelves.
