I had an exhausting week at work, and I've been laughing till my gut hurts tonight reading all your posts. 

If not, you've pretty much exhausted the options.

I get frozen in that mall and mentally exhausted for 45 minutes.

Mid-range rentals, tub surround is much easier to clean at turnovers than nasty grout if renter doesn't use exhaust fan or clean. 

The insert required 2 metal pipes for the exhaust/fresh air feed up the chimney & its been great for 20+ years.

I want to dodge any extra paperwork and people that could possibly confuse me or make the process complicated, exhausting and add more expenses that may occur at a bad time financially .

I have exhausted most of my normal banking contacts.

And then in addition to that setting up systems, developing your team and staying in constant communication is exhausting!
