That way you are an investor in a way....you start getting quarterly and annual reports you can devour and learn the terminology, see where their issues and successes are and start down that path,   That's where you save your nest egg until you can pull the trigger on your own deal.   

If you are going to have multiple investment LLCs for multiple properties - it is best to just have separate LLCs rather than nested in a Series.

Especially to build a larger nest egg to invest.  

Less people selling because why miss out on the equity, also more people work from home now, they are nesting.2.

The NEST thermostat allows for it to be locked within a certain temperature range.

I’ve built quite a little nest egg investing in some of those markets 👍👍 My ADR (avg daily rental rate) is $811/night in those markets 💪 Of course, I buy nice houses and YMMV.

I saw a couple good ones ~10 minutes or less from downtown in the $300's last week, NE St Pete is great.
