We outfit our cabins with the luxuries folks are used to back home, plus some extras for novelty and entertainment.Generally, we stick with full-grain leather in the seating areas. 

Even if you go with a "reputable" outfit to support you, the reality is that you will own a very small piece of mindshare.

Local turnkey outfits advertising properties in terrible neighborhoods for 2x or 3x their value. 

They can assist you with determining the price point, extend of the rehab and with figuring out fit and finish. 3.
