Also, since there is a huge gap in the industry in teaching people how to understand development and the different options we've launched an education arm to help bridge that gap so it's not just the "big guys" with deep pockets that can be a developer.

It's been so great diving into the various community initiatives, agencies, alliances, etc. and understanding how they are working together to collaborate and help provide solutions to our challenges. 

I think this is a great route to follow for those who want to dive into REI full time and build a team.
