It displays all my rentals in a very clean format.

I turn away lots of clients each year because they "have one or two rentals but likely won't get more" and they own....a trucking company, or they operate in the cannabis industry ect. 

On the partnership return it could simply be displayed as contributions/distributions to make the balance sheet work (if one is even presented).

It is clear, straightforward and displayed on its own line making it easy to read.Another component to keep in mind is that you want to show your value to the prospect.
