No offense to other posts but in my experience, any time someone comes to my already with Farmers, State Farm, or any other captive company, we usually increase coverage, benefits and save about 20% or more at the same time. 

Maybe they would agree with your attorney, maybe not, but at least you would have professional legal representatives providing advice, rather than strangers on an online forum (no offense BP!).

Mary, please don't take this as offensive as that is not my intent but I do need to be blunt here.

You revert to assuming the worst--and even more, you revert to posting an offensive post.

I still get to see a partial credit report and eviction/criminal partial reports, but no details.  

I have them perform credit checks and background checks which includes criminal and past evictions. 

He is simply frustrated and wanting to vet with peers.I'm one of the biggest supporters and teachers in my area for new investors...but damn near criminalizing him venting.

And quite honestly I find it offensive.  

I have several rental properties, and I am inclined to not run background or credit checks on students that are in professional graduate school (medical,dental, PA, optometry, etc) because I know the requirements of the school will not permit students with a criminal history, and they are funded by loans or parents and don't have much credit history anyway.
