we do much better organic and thought the cost for BP was very high compared to using other avenues - what we also see no matter where you are promoting is a lot of the leads want to pick your brain or want 100% financing...

When compared to taking out a new loan, this move saved me about $1,200 per month in my monthly mortgage payment in addition to increasing my principal paydown each month from around $300 on a new loan to over $750 per month on the loan I assumed!

I would say compare terms, seasoning period requirements (Assuming when you mentioned construction loan you're talking about a rehab project), response time of your rep, learn as much about their loan underwriting and approval process as you can.
