Multi family loans under $1,000,000 are certainly more difficult to obtain because they don't meet the minimums of most companies and most local banks aren't so welcoming to out of state investors. 

Are you looking specifically for insurance placement companies or corporate housing or a mix?

I have a local STR PM company of you would like to chat with them. 

I recommend you reach out to a company like Corporate Direct to get solid advice on this and not try to piecemeal it together from various sources.

real estate training has always been a big money bizz.. its really promulgated though with U tube and how easy it is to throw you stuff out there.. but to really get wealthy doing it you do need a ton of dough for marketing or a great relationship with a fullfilment company.

My biggest tip here is work with the smaller companies.

I have made contact with a handful of homeowners, so some of the results are valid & get me to the person I need to connect with - however the borrowers I cannot contact are an issue, as it's a sizeable amount of results I get back that are uncontactable (No skip available, wrong # or out of service).My question to the BP community is - what program/software/company do you guys use for skip tracing?
