so when you call Bank of America, they can't find any record of them owning the property, which they don't, AND they can't give you any information about the loan status without written permission from the owner, and the owner moved to TN, just ahead of the warrant for his arrest.

If anyone gets arrested or police have a disturbance at that address, the office usually knows before I do and they will make them come into a hearing.

There been a few news items here about internet users being arrested for child porn.

Hi Bhekizwe, when i asked around neighbors told me the owner might be arrested so i guess ringing the prisons around is an option as well but Thanks!.

In the other case the property owner was compensated for damages by a "victims fund" and the offenders were arrested.

In my area it was inexpensive to do so ($10 for filing) and some minimal running around from the law enforcement office to the clerk of court for filing.Took two years but I finally was notified she had been arrested on this outstanding warrant. 

Anyone able to arrest that LegalZoom is a good place to register LLCs to own property?

The police told me that I can lie as much as I want and tell her there's a warrant out for her arrest so she'd better just leave instead of making me pay the $300 it's going to take to evict her.  

You can always tell him/her that unless you are under arrest (or as @Michael Quarles suggested, have a house to sell), they can direct any current and/or future inquiries to your attorney.

There was a clown in a busy restaurant every other word was F this and F that in front of children, and I knew this lady who is a federal agent setting across from me, and she asked the clown to drop the F word, and he said he was in control they arrested the clown.Joe Gore
