@Jonathan Twombly- this is s good question to get my brain cells to wake up today.I am fond of stocks and have done well with them.

Rent a room from some one who is nice and then, get your drivers license and temp cell phone.

From that I learned that at first contact give them your info but also try to get their name, e-mail, and cell phone number.

This gives lots of time to move things based upon his/her feedback before any wires are run.We pull all the (new, replacement) wiring, mount all the boxes, etc. with our own folks and call the electrician back when we are ready to hook things into the panel and/or before we start to drywall (if we are using closed cell foam insulation, we'll have the electrician come through before the insulation is sprayed).

There might not be a billboard allowed period on your land and even if it is there might be only a certain kind.Are you looking to put the billboard up yourself and get all the revenue or have a company do that like with a cell tower and just pay you a set lease amount??

I was thinking 1% per year as that is what I am getting for a cell tower lease but it was really just based of that and not any other experience in the commercial arena.
