@Meghan McCallum I doubt seriously that any such invention exists, as the statistics on stock picking versus indexes are abysmal.

Forbearance shows up in big bold letters in the same place they list Foreclosures.

You may be the fortunate guy who has low expenses over the long run but counting on that is going against the statistics. 

If I were in that position, I'd keep things clean and take the commission--there will be lots of deductions from the purchase and closing costs anyway.You may be bold on your deductions but NEVER cheat on your declaration of income.

Term policies are great in the sense of what you pay for, but the statistical average of payout on a term policy is less than 10%  meaning that less than 10% of Term Life policies pay a death or living benefit. 

Although many variables are valid the statistics support that the market is not quite heading for a 2008 type collapse or adjustment.

Most investors sell at exactly the wrong time...looking at this statistic or that statistic to try to bolster their already-existing opinions of what's going to happen in the future.
