A beautiful long term property with an increasing equity in a nice neighborhood with tons of rental potential and or good opportunity for selling due to aesthetics and location.

I would like dabble in Texas, but the high property taxes along with high mortgage rate make it difficult at the moment. 

I used those concessions to build out the basement into a beautiful and modern short term rental.

I have a house in Fort Worth Texas, that I am trying to sell, but it is not selling the way I would want it to (beautiful house in transitional neighborhood).

The property is a beautifully proportioned rectangle with a broad sided road frontage with power ready to go.

What's up bigger pockets, I am new to real estate investing for the most part. looking to start investing in the next 1-3 months, fix and flips and Brrrrr interest me the most at the moment. 

Don’t have another down payment saved at the moment but have some company stocks that will vest over the next few years that could amount to another down payment.
