Check out some of Immanuel and my other posts for details backing this up but suffice to say Notre Dame is working with SB to bring in high tech industries, there is a new power plant going in south of town, it still has great manufacturing including trailer construction, it is on the intersection of 2 busy highways 80 & 31, and it is less than 2 hours from downtown Chicago which is one of the largest inland ports in the world.

They asked for an exterminator, for sink drain traps to be cleaned, and for all outdoor items to be power-washed.

That is the route my wife and I are taking and it has been in this cumulative growth or "snowball" effect that we have seen the most power. 

Until it goes to the actual foreclosure sale, it is still owned by the borrower who has power of sale.  

When they have sufficient water and power and sewage disposal the govt will put mfg in near one of the empty cities .  

I found out because apparently the other electrician wasn't happy that I didn't pick his stupid high bid, so he turned us into the city which promptly cut power and wouldn't turn it back on until we had the job inspected and permitted.

@Robert Adams  they low balled one of my Dallas properties I just would not sell to them because and I waited a few weeks and got 25k more.but its the power of radio marketing at play.

I hold the majority of the power when it comes to their housing at least.
