They are suing for lose toilet, no screen on a window, non-working outlet in bathroom, pests, hall light not working (light bulb needed to be replaced) and non-functioning smoke alarm (they never replaced the batteries).

I want to be prepared for the O&U inspection, but I can not find this code listed anywhere, and when I call the Government I get different answers depending on who I talk to, such as: 1) Need hardwired interconnected system, but the detectors in the units can be battery operated. 2) Need hardwired detectors in each bedroom and common areas, but they do not need to be interconnected.

Recently I had the following work done at a property: 1) install security screws for existing kitchen faucet 2) adjust deadbolt on a door 3) replace (2) outdoor lights and light bulb (4) replace 3 smoke detector batteries (5) install a spring for screen door (6) install a blind in the living room.
