They structurally hold up but are not worth it to finish.

This could give you a little wiggle room for finishing out the construction details when you know how much you will not have to pay in taxes until you sell or 1031 exchange into the next investment.

Finishes will also determine where you land. 

I'm down here on the Central Coast and we're finishing up our ADU here shortly.

I have completed 3 brrrrs and have many years of construction knowledge. my main reservation is not having the end buyer when I'm finished with the project. if all of these numbers where true would you be comfortable flipping a house in a town with that small of a population. also, what research can I do to ensure there will be a buyer for my product.

The prices are very affordable here making cashflow attainable.
