Once you start searching, you will amazed how quickly they show up. 

Navy Federal, as an example, needs a long time to close and requires tax returns, but has a 20 year draw and a 20 year payback period…takes much longer than others, but that payback period is amazing.  

Even a bad-performing system  with a 0.033 conversion rate is AMAZING if it truly was predictable.

Rising Capital and funding at some point seems the problem number one, however I am working on the getting other pieces of puzzle together so when opportunity arise all the things are in place to get it a go and start an amazing journey that will give it the name of BLBURRR.

I have been amazed by how much community owners will ask for parks that are posted for sale.We had a community for sale in Orem Utah, about 200 spaces asking $40,000,000.It is not unusual to see Parks that are right in the middle of the city asking $100,000 per space but that would mean CAP rates are down to the sub 5's.

After my mind was blown away by the REAL numbers of owning a home, I sat amazed by the fact they dont teach this in school!!

It won't be amazing but get your foot in the door

Amazingly their “answer” to any financial question is “insurance”.
