@Michael Johnson Here is a metal roof on one of my rentals. it is in northern Ny the area gets pounded by snow in the winter and then pounded by heat in the summer their are only a few places in the US that have as drastic temperature changes thru out the year.The roof looks amazing not sure where you formed that opinion of it looking ugly best looking house on the street by far.

If they are looking to be malicious or resentful, they can literally pound sand (pun intended!!!)

Better sell those stocks , dump all those houses, and put on the tin foil hat ..go hide in your fall out shelter in the backyard with a 100 pound sack of rice and 400 cans of beans
