In the transition hype emails we were told that the free payment would be deliver in 3 days instead of 5.With Cozy I always got them in 5 days.So far my first payment with apartments.com took 6 days…..

Be careful to NOT fall for the hype! 

You should have just loaded up on liability insurance and forgotten the whole LLC hype but that is another story.Someone mentioned Land Trusts.

You see a lot of hype of this on BP but as a realtor that has sold 50 million+ I have first hand seen the low offer people usually never buy or they get 1 deal and never scale.
