It is also not lovely language for the real estate agent either, as one would hope they would negotiate better language than that for you, especially if they were the one who drew up the contract.I also agree with the previous comment that the Seller may be trying to scare you and get your attention.

So I thought it's not right at all. and I am sure what drew you too them was 4% or 5% money thinking you found some great lender.. just not real.. there is no money that cheap. for acquisition and rehab.. just is not.. not even from a bank.. unless your borrowing against your securities..
