Cal C. My continuing issue with the new design
13 March 2016 | 5 replies
I can barely stand to be on the newest posts page because any time I move my cursor all kinds of unwanted things occur to include multiple pop-ups of people's mini-profiles, a menu bar at the top which basically blocks the whole page, jump to last post pop-ups, the box for each thread, I could go on, but the thing I dislike the most about the redesign is it (the newest post page) doesn't identify who started a thread.
Account Closed how can i find contracts to wholesale in Canada?

It could change from a sellers to buyers market in a couple months and severely dampen sale prices until spring. 1%-2% would kill your margins.Wholesaling is a little more difficult in Canada  and un commonl, you would be best looking for investor not brokers or realtors to supply advice as most brokers just look at your as competition and they generally don't know about it.Its like a comfree asking a realtor for advice in a way, you are taking our listing and reselling them without a commision, I tried wholesaling early and noticed this general dislike when calling and asking. If you would like I can send you the standaradized Ontario Realtor forms, I would recommend you take them to a real estate lawyer and have them modified and re written professionally.

Account Closed What Makes Motivated Sellers Want to Sell to Investors?
5 November 2015 | 13 replies
Some sellers don't want to list a property because they do not want to deal with getting/keeping their house in show-ready condition, and have to deal with people constantly walking through their house. They may also dislike/distrust Realtors, or have a big sticking point with paying commissions.Sellers may also prefer to deal with investors because the property would not qualify for an FHA or conventional buyer due to the condition of the property. And some homeowners are trying to sell an inherited property, and just do not want to deal with the overwhelming/emotional task of dealing with listing a property, so they would rather sell quickly for a discount and be done with it, rather than drag it out.
