We currently buy and sell about 60 wholesale deals a year and absolutely love it.To do it right, we spend a lot every month on marketing to the right people to get the phone to ring.Then we spend a lot of time with the seller crafting a solution to their problem.And we negotiate a price that allows us to resell to an investor who will rehab and still be able to make profit on the deal we sell to them.Do all these steps, and people will respect you and come to you for deals.
