I can help with the refinance to pull equity out, but no the purchase, as 99% of the industry won't finance mobile homes. 

Now purchasing a home with cash is always good b/c obviously cash is king but also I think the part you might've missed is that, the money your utilizing on these home's won't actually be yours, but the banks or whatever institution you used to fix the home or make its value worth more.

Most old houses it is about 4 ft at the perimeter of the room, maybe less. 

Skip the class and go straight to learning on the job.

I see 3x and 4x tax savings on fees for the next 2 years and beyond. 

I have a couple STR investors do this here in the winter months depending on the events coming to town
