This is typically the slowest time of year for tenant placement, at least in our local market.

That said, complying with local ordinances and ensuring the lot isn’t in a restricted area will be key.

However, most of my tenants are locals who have lived here their whole lives.

If you are going to have a company manage your property, I would recommend you find someone that is local. 

Not sure what your local law requires, you'll want to check on that.

My local cable, internet, cell and utility companies are already using it to field calls and answer questions online and phone.

Zillow also hs a "Make Me Move" feature you can click on to see home owners listing their property in hopes of a good offer.I have also seen peopl reach out tp local AFL Assisted living facilities to talk to the Admin or on boarding nurse to see if ay families or people need to sell their home to cover costs.

I would do what you are doing here on a bigger scale - social media, local markets she operates in Facebook groups, etc.
