They used several containers for that particular house, and I think on the outside there was wooden coating added, maybe so that the sun does not warm up the metal of the container too much.

Everyone else on your team will be transaction-based and not really involved after a purchase. We're in the Metro Detroit area, so you may want to follow our blog here on BP, but at least read the following posts:Follow our "Deep Dive" series we're doing about Metro Detroit cities and City of Detroit Neighborhoods: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...How to “Screen a PMC Better than a Tenant”: https://www.biggerpockets.com/member-blogs/3094/91877-how-to-screen-a-pmc-better-than-a-tenant-part-1-services-and-processesIn our experience you will need to:1) Learn to "Maintain to the Neighborhood", not your personal standards2) Tenant-Proof everything you can Hard surface flooring, not carpeting (too easy to trash) Same basic paint for everything No garbage disposals for them to break Only spring-type doorstops also with plate on the wall Glue rubber mats under sinks to prevent water damage Sheet aluminum on walls around stovetops, for easy grease removal Towel racks - screw 1x3 to wall studs, then screw rack to that Install low-profile downspout ext, not aluminum that always disappear Plan on cleaning gutters and leaves up in the fall as tenants won't Avoid garage door openers3) Have a great application screening process: Check credit for evictions & convictions, utility collections Focus on employment/income stability Require bank or debit card statement - you'll be surprised what they spend their money on!

Mark Bosworth Best source for kitchen cabinets?
20 May 2021 | 113 replies
i am shocked that no one has mentioned Kitchen Kompact.here is how it looks. this is Chad OakI just did one with 14 cabinets, toe kicks, crown molding for around $1400. that's cabinets only. this is the same line, just a darker finish:all the builders get it here since they are available the next day from the warehouse close by. it ends up being about $100 per cabinet and you dont have to stain, assemble, all that crap. they are great cabinets, wooden doors. the back is a little thin, but never had an issue.they dont even have a display at HD. you have to ask and they can show you the different (4-5) door styles they have. they are 4x better than in store stock junk.http://www.kitchenkompact.com/styles2.htmi looked at the sites you posted above. the % discount doodoo is a red flag of "let's make it look like a whole sale price and website (very busy is the motto here) and still charge people that look for a deal $2-3k+ for a 10x10 kitchen. then we will get them on the "Accessories"". so you think it's a "great discount place, screw these box stores".the only negative with KK is when i did the darker one. looks AMAZING, but the saw was not sharp enough and it chipped the corners. the DARK skin is VERY thin and the white below shows and stands out like a sore thumb.noone can beat HD KK cabinet prices and delivery. i have tried their other distributors and they were all higher.i can go on and on, but if i have not convinced you by now, i should just stop.

Guevara M. Open Up Kitchen And Lose Cabinet Space?

I thought about just removing that wall in between the kitchen and living space and maybe adding some open shelves on the wall were the light switch is located to the right of the sink and then building a nice little rack for spices with a pot holder to attach to the opposite wall on the other side of the sink.
