We finished our inspection this past week and it looks like all the needed rehab to the place will be cosmetic (turns out their is a furnace and I walked right by it)!

My agent just called me today (a month after being on contractor and about 3 weeks remaining letting me know the seller may not be able to obtain U&O.

I rented it weekly for about seven weeks this summer and I have a handful of future rentals scheduled for September and October.

I know rates have dropped a decent amount in the last week or 2, but based on what i am seeing/hearing about rates likely to continue dropping, wondering if i should hold out??

Last week, she called saying that the kitchen flooring has holes in it and she tried to put tape on it but now shes dealing with a pest situation and they are going in those holes.

As a triple net lease tenant the property will get cleaned weekly, while making sure the property is properly maintained.
