I'll put this here as it somewhat applies.I was recently at a wedding and in the usual mingle started discussing things with various people. 

I have been eyeing a wedding venue for sale - venue plus a guest house on 6 acres.

@Jamal Bieniemy, I just got back from a great stay in Conroe/Willis for a wedding! 

It will be interesting to see what happens - I started advertising them Sunday and will be showing Wed/Thu and hoping to get leases by Friday - I will let you know what they choose.

And I thank anyone for any help, suggestions or help they can offer because I really want to do this right to help take care of my family, as right now I am a person on Disability and my Husband is of Retirement Age, but he also works for a company that is a seasonal only company (they have to shutdown every fall/winter) because they are an outdoor music venue and now since the pandemic he has not been able to go back to work.  

The best deal I've ever gotten was a contract on a duplex two days before my wedding.

I host a weekly meetup every Wed. at 7pm EST, otherwise I would join yours.

I think it’s great if they want to use multiple venues for marketing, but official company business should be on a professional platform, such as their own website, app, or other professional platform.

For those interested the "Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club" can be found on MeetUp.com and meets the 4th Wed every month from 6-9pm on Zoom and will be in-person soon from what I have heard, they also have other meetings throughout the month: Mentor Q&A Meeting (Zoom), RK Cashflow game night(San Bernardino) and Coffee meeting in person in Riverside by the Auto Mall. 

I assume the contract language holds you harmless and they have the option of refusing the venue.
