What are the go-to resources or websites you use to estimate insurance costs (especially for rental properties) ?

-We have debt pay down, as our tenants progress through the mortgage-We have tax benefits that enable us to trade up or simply claim deductions.What refinancing does for YOU is allows you to catch those profit centers.

I have been soaking up information from youtube, podcasts, websites, etc., as I am sure we all do, and look forward to taking the next step on this journey.

There were complaints about a new construction in New Braunfels, but that is different from a value add.At this point, their website (https://grocapitus.com/our-portfolio/) shows 6 completed MF exits, in GA, FL, TX, AZ and SC, with IRR from 16 to 21%. 

ya I kind of figured that.. most folks on this site are probably still looking for those rates through a real secured vehicle an they dont exist..

If you can buy "as is" or buy "site unseen" all which require due diligence on the buyers behalf.
